“My favorite activity to do on a Thursday evening is 50 jumping jacks, 10 burpees, 20 squats, 30 single leg tucks (each side), 15 standing calf raises with 15 lb dumbbells, 30 mountain climbers, 10 front lunges (each side), 1-minute jump rope, 30-second wall sit, 10 plie squats (each leg), 50 skaters, 30 butt kicks, 20 high knees, 50 crazy jacks, 10 caterpillars, 40 Russian twists, 40 bicycles, 30-second plank, 30 reverse crunches, 15 windshield wipers, 20 dumbbell side bends with 15 lbs, and repeating it all 3 times.”
