After upending #1 seed Freedom, the Tritons defeated #2 seed Luxembourg-Casco 5-4 to bring home the regional championship.

The Wednesday win was a game full of diving catches, outstanding pitching and dramatic tension as L-C, down 5-1 for the heart of the game, closed the gap to 5-4 and left the tying run on second in the bottom of the seventh inning.

The Tritons start sectional play Saturday morning in Seymour and a chance to punch their ticket to state.
