“Cabaret night is such a special event at NDA because it gives students an opportunity to lead their own acts using their creative ideas and talents regardless of the classes they take at school. I enjoy listening to my peers and seeing their beautiful artwork, and it is always fun to see a person you may only know in the classroom setting nail his or her performance. I also enjoy playing alto saxophone in the jazz band and woodwind choir every year, but this past year I especially loved singing a duet on stage with my sister before she leaves for college in the fall. It is a fond memory that I will always have.”
