With our first day back to school being Monday, March 13th, Notre Dame Academy’s 2022-23 spring break came to a close.

Spring break provides students with a week off from school during which they can relax, travel and focus on things other than academics.

Most students shared that this break was extremely beneficial for them, and they feel more prepared and relaxed to finish the last quarter of the school year.

“I had a great spring break,” said sophomore Ally Paprocki. “It was nice to relax and enjoy all of the good weather in California.”

Now that spring break is over, there are only eleven weeks left of the school year and we are in our last quarter.

“It’s so weird to think that we’re already in the last quarter of the year,” said sophomore Jasmine Rodgers. “This year has gone by so fast.”

Other students echoed this sentiment, saying it feels like the school year has flown by.

“I genuinely can’t believe that we’re already in fourth quarter,” said sophomore Khalee Robinson. “It’s gone so fast.”

With one quarter of the school year left, students are looking forward to events such as Cabaret Night, Spring Week, Academy Ball and the production of NDA’s spring play, Deceiving Granny.
