Mrs. Tracy Troge, site manager for Konop at Notre Dame Academy, explained she and the kitchen staff now have a new owner/boss.

“There is a lot behind the scenes that you guys don’t see,” said Troge, in explaining that the Konop Company was recently sold to Renard’s Catering. 

The change occurred in early December.  The five Konop site workers will stay working here at NDA, leaving the students very happy.

In addition, the My School Bucks logins and depositing steps are unchanged.

“Last week at Academy Awards rehearsal some of the performers were shocked and upset by the news of a cafeteria change because they thought we were going to be losing the popular lunch ladies.  When Mrs. Campbell told them the same lunch crew would be here, they cheered and clapped,” said English teacher Carolyn Brown.

Troge, the creator of the lunch menu, said there are currently no changes to the menu. 

“If you want something or want something different we are open to suggestions,” she said.
