“I get up at either 6 or 7 in the morning and I’m left at the rink until 5:30. I skate 4 to 5 hours a day, I do ballet, and have workouts twice a week. I take a psychology class and take a mental edge class which I do every day. It’s kind of like a warm up so you can get ready for the rest of your session. We also have a trampoline class once a week. I hope to one day be an Olympian, but that will take a lot of work for me. Everyone has it physically at the level I’m at; it’s the people that are able to do it in their head that win. ”
