Four years ago, I blinked, now suddenly I stand before my newfound family.
From first auditions to the final bows
We’ve cheered each other on and dazzled crowds
From eyeshadow and blush to building sets
Each one of us has battled through the stress
But through the strife we’ve found our lifelong friends
Through deafening applause, joy overwhelms.
When spotlights hit us for the final time
Let’s think of all the mountains that we’ve climbed
As senior year flies by, I’m happy sad
But I won’t forget the friendships that I’ve had
At last love triumphs, time for my new start
While all of you are etched into my heart.”
