Number Six in the Class of 2020 is Bridget Kapic, who will be attending the College of William and Mary in Virginia.  She will study biology with hopes of going to graduate school to become a physical therapist.

“Throughout high school I participated on the dance and softball teams,” said Kapic. “I was also a member of the Health and Medicine Club, ASTRA, FBLA, yearbook and National Honor Society.”

She will miss most all those she interacts with from Notre Dame Academy on a daily basis.

Kapic said, “My favorite Notre Dame memory is dancing at Camp Randall Stadium my freshman year during the state championship football game.”

Kapic credits her parents for instilling a strong work ethic when she was young and says her science teachers at NDA have also inspired her.

“People may not know that I had open-heart surgery when I was younger,” she said.

One regret she had was being very shy her freshman year at Notre Dame.

Kapic said, “The community at NDA has collectively encouraged me to reach for excellence in my faith, academics and relationships.”

In ten years Kapic hopes to be living somewhere warm with a career in physical therapy.
